The Bake Factory applies culinary innovation, not just to the fillings we use in products, but also for the carrier. Authentic recipes for our sandwiches are a key part of the process but we deliberately experiment with topped focaccia, flat breads, and naan to enhance our NPD. The vibrant Indian Street Food scene that is kicking off in the USA and UK has lead us to focus on Indian-inspired bread products that represent regional specialities and allow aromatic spices to deliver flavour at altitude.
